Administered by AISES for the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Foundation (BNSF), this scholarship is made available to American Indian high school seniors who reside in one of the 13 states serviced by the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Pacific Corporation and its affiliated companies: Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas and Washington. This award is for four years (for a maximum of 8 semesters) or until baccalaureate degree is obtained, whichever occurs first. Chevron Scholarships are awarded to American Indian, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, First Nations and other indigenous peoples of North America who are students in higher education. The scholarship was developed by AISES and Chevron to support the advancement of students with technical and leadership accomplishments, as well as a commitment to and passion for the energy field. March 31, 2019 - AISES Intel Growing the Legacy Scholarship Program - UG/GR

The Intel Growing the Legacy Scholarship Program will support 30 graduate and 20 undergraduate students each year. This Program includes financial support, mentorship, paid internship opportunities, and, upon successful graduation, employment opportunities with Intel. While this Program is not automatically renewing, awardees are encouraged to re-apply each year. AISES is awarding scholarships available through the Keepseagle Settlement for students interested in or pursuing agriculture related STEM degrees. Scholarships require participation in a conhort of other Native students in the same field as well as participation in a mentorship program. Scholarships are $5,000 per student per academic year.
