Getting Your Financial Aid Started

Students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as early as possible prior to UNM Priority Filing Deadline of January 3rd. Please review the following guides to gain optimal consideration for financial aid each year. Please contact AISS at 505-277-6343, if you have any questions.

  1. FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid
