The purpose of the Aerospace Career Enhancement (ACE) Scholarship, in partnership with the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA), is to provide financial assistance to eligible American Indian and Alaska Native undergraduate and graduate students enrolled full-time at an accredited institution within Washington state’s public higher education systems. Applicants must have declared a major in engineering and other high-demand degrees that support professional and technical careers in the aerospace industry and be planning to enter a professional or technical career in the aerospace industry upon graduation. The All Native American High School Academic Team is awarded to high school seniors who have outstanding academic achievements, leadership in school, civic and extracurricular activities, and motivation to serve and succeed. The purpose of the Wells Fargo American Indian Scholarship program is to provide financial assistance to eligible American Indian and Alaska Native undergraduate (juniors and seniors) and graduate students pursuing degrees full-time at an accredited institution.

Undergraduate (juniors and seniors) students must be pursuing a degree in the gaming, tourism, financial, or hospitality industries. Graduate students must be pursuing a degree in business or a gaming/hospitality-related field. This includes banking, resort management, gaming operations, or management and administration (including accounting, finance, information technology, and human resources).

The maximum amount of an undergraduate award is $2,500 and the maximum amount of a graduate award is $5,000 per academic year. This opportunity is a need-based award. Click to apply.

The Wilson-Hooper Veterinary Medicine Assistance Program, created in the memory of Jane Wilson Hooper and Colonel Philip L. Hooper, provides financial assistance to eligible American Indian and Alaska Native students pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Technology (Associate of Applied Science) full-time at an accredited institution. The Andrew Piech Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2010 by Paula and Gerald Piech to memorialize their son, Andrew. After graduating from Eldorado High School in 2004, Andrew enrolled in the Universal Technical Institute (UTI) of Phoenix and graduated in 2005. Andrew enjoyed working on cars and UTI allowed him to pursue his passion in the automotive field. One or more scholarships are awarded each year to New Mexico graduating high school seniors and/or continuing college students. Students must pursue a degree or certificate from a nonprofit or public school or an automotive or technical vocational institution, including community colleges. The purpose of this award is to stimulate interest in meteorology among college students through the submission of original student papers concerned with some phase of the atmospheric sciences. Souder Miller & Associates (SMA) offers a $1,500 per academic year scholarship opportunity to Native American students pursuing a four-year degree in in STEM--Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics..The scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, books or on-campus housing/meals. The Friends of Hubbell Trading Post National Historic Site, Inc. announce that applications are being accepted for the 2022 annual scholarship for Native American students in the four corners area. The funds for our scholarships are raised through memberships, activities at Hubbell TPNHS including the Auctions, and other off-site events. The scholarships are established in honor of three weavers (Evelyn Curley, Mary Lee Begay, and Helen Kirk) who spent many years demonstrating their art to people in the Visitor Center. Established in 2018 through the Albuquerque Community Foundation in partnership with Central New Mexico Community College, the Nina J. Wing Scholarship program supports students previously in foster care who are currently attending or will be attending Central New Mexico Community College.Nina was born on August 12, 1921 in Beaumont, Texas. She was valedictorian of her high school graduation class, received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Texas and then earned a degree in education and a Master’s degree in Counseling. The Office of Navajo Nation Scholarship & Financial Assistance (ONNSFA), provides enrolled members of the Navajo Nation an opportunity to achieve their educational goals. Formerly known as the Navajo Higher Education Office, the ONNSFA was established in 1972 when the Navajo Nation entered into a P.L. 93-638 contract with the Bureau of Indian Affairs to administer the HIgher Education Grant. The Student Research Foundation Personal Achievement Scholarship Competition (the “Competition”) is open to all high school students who are legal residents of the United States. The Washington Media Scholars Foundation recognizes enthusiastic and qualified students by awarding several scholarships each academic year. The Media Fellows Program provides scholarships to students who are pursuing a career in a field related to public policy media strategy, research, and management.
